Terms of Service
These terms explain how Attendly may be used. The goal is to keep the service clear, safe, and useful for people managing classes, sessions, students, messages, and payments.
Last updated: May 12, 2026
1. What Attendly is
Attendly is a tool for class operations: attendance, reminders, WhatsApp replies, payment follow-up, schedule changes, and internal reporting.
The service may use automations and AI to suggest or execute operational actions. The workspace owner remains responsible for reviewing configuration, loaded information, and important decisions.
2. Accounts and workspaces
To use Attendly you need to create an account with accurate information and keep your credentials secure. You are responsible for activity inside your workspace.
If you invite or add students, you must have permission to use their contact details and send them messages related to the classes or sessions you manage.
3. Acceptable use
You may use Attendly for operational communications related to classes, attendance, changes, payments, and reasonable student follow-up.
You may not use Attendly for spam, illegal messages, abusive content, unsolicited campaigns, or any use that violates rules from WhatsApp, Twilio, Stripe, AI providers, or other connected platforms.
4. Messages, AI, and automations
Attendly may send automatic or AI-assisted messages based on workspace configuration. Some replies may be generated or classified automatically.
AI can be wrong or need more context. We recommend reviewing alerts, reports, and settings, especially for pricing, policies, health, sensitive schedule changes, or decisions that affect students.
5. Payments and subscriptions
Plans, limits, and prices may change with reasonable notice. When we use Stripe or another payment provider, their terms also apply to payment processing.
Attendly may show student payment statuses to help organize collections, but it does not replace your accounting and does not independently confirm that an external transfer was received.
6. Availability and changes
We work to keep Attendly reliable, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted availability. Maintenance, provider errors, or technical limitations may happen.
We may improve, change, or discontinue parts of the service. If a change is important to your use of the product, we will try to communicate it reasonably.
7. Responsibility
Attendly is provided as an operational tool. We are not responsible for indirect losses, decisions made without reviewing information, third-party failures, or messages sent with incorrect data configured by the user.
Your responsibilities include keeping class, student, price, messaging permission, and workspace settings accurate and up to date.
8. Contact
If you need support or want to request account deletion, contact us through Attendly's support channel or the support email we have provided.
